Authors are invited to prepare papers of no more
than six (6) pages in the Springer style including results, figures, and
references. The papers should be submitted online. Please upload your paper (up to 6 pages) using the online submission
system at the following link:

Papers will be peer refereed. Accepted papers will
be published by Springer in a volume. The Papers must be prepared using the
Springer Word Template for Proceedings, and submitted as PDF file. Papers
should not exceed 10 pages. Final Camera ready papers must be submitted using
the online submission system in Source file format and should not exceed 10
pages in springer template by the final paper due date.
Authors of the best papers will be invited to
submit extended versions of their paper for possible publication in a special
issue of important International Journals.
We strongly encourage students to submit papers
under the mentorship of their faculty advisors. Special best paper awards will
be presented at the conference banquet to recognize the accomplishments of
students. To qualify, a student or a group of students must be the primary
author(s) of the paper. The papers will be judged based on both manuscript
content and presentation quality.
