IEEE Mexican Council -- Computational Intelligence Society Chapter Mexico

The Mexican Chapter of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (previously Neural Networks Society) was founded on 13 of July of 2004. The main goal of the Chapter is to promote, coordinate and support research work in the field of Computational Intelligence, which includes Neural Networks, Fuzzy Systems, Evolutionary Computing, Intelligent Agents, Chaos Theory, and related areas of artificial intelligence. The Chapter will have as members: professors, researchers, practitioners, and students of Mexico with membership to the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. The Chapter will organize each year meetings, workshops and seminars on the areas of computational intelligence, and will collaborate with other chapters or professional associations in organizing international conferences in the areas of interest.
