Submission Procedure and Important Dates

Format and Submission Procedure

Abstracts must be send by email, by the prospective authors, to the General Chair and the Program Chair. All abstracts must be send as a PDF or word attachment with their email message. These will be distributed to the Reviewers for evaluation according to their originality, technical soundness, writing, etc. Notifications of acceptance will be send to the authors by email. The authors of accepted abstracts would be asked to present it at the conference, and send their registration form by the due date. The Proceedings (CD form) will be prepared for distribution at the Conference. Selected talks presented at the conference will be invited to be published as paper in an Edited Book (Springer-Verlag), after the conference.

Important Dates

  • Abstract submission deadline: October 4th, 2007
  • Acceptance of papers: October 11th, 2007
  • Registration: October 14th, 2007

The cost of registration to the International Conference will be
of $15 US Dollars. Advance registration is strongly encouraged,
as space will be limited to 70 participants in the conference.
Deadline for registration is October 14th, 2007.
